At WordWall.art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Incorrect items received (wrong design, size, or order).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized wall art.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at wordwallgh@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at wordwallgh@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take additional processing time before your refund is posted.
